Public instructions for Facebook Messenger users and Page administrators.
info@meetlead.eu1. Uninstalling the integration
A Website administrator signs in to Meetlead, selects the correct Website, opens Settings → Applications → Facebook Messenger, chooses Uninstall, reviews the deleted and retained data, enters the current administrator password and confirms. Runtime stops before cleanup begins. Meetlead then sends no replies, imports no history and acknowledges later webhooks without storing messages or provider payloads.
2. Revoking access in Meta
Access may also be revoked in Facebook or Meta business-integration settings for the account that authorized Meetlead. Revocation prevents future API calls but does not replace deletion of data previously stored in Meetlead. Also uninstall the integration or submit a request to remove its operational configuration and token.
3. Request from a Messenger user
A person who contacted a Facebook Page handled through Meetlead may request access, correction or deletion. Contact the Page owner first because that owner controls the conversation history and can identify the conversation.
Alternatively email info@meetlead.eu with the subject “Facebook Messenger data deletion”. Include the Page name, approximate date and only enough information to locate the contact. Do not send a password, token or identity-document copy unless we provide a secure verification method.
4. Scope of deletion
Integration uninstall deletes the encrypted Page token, OAuth state, connection and subscription configuration, raw webhook events, import cursors, jobs and staging data, pending outgoing messages and stored profile-image URLs.
Conversation and message history may remain according to plan retention, together with the contact name, PSID and Page identifier needed for readable history, lifecycle audit and usage aggregates. They are read-only and cannot be used to start a new contact.
A verified personal request deletes or anonymizes identifying information and linked history as required by law and the relevant controller. Legally required records and pseudonymized security or audit entries that are not used for re-identification may remain.
5. Deadline and confirmation
We confirm a complete request and, if necessary, ask for the minimum additional information required to verify identity or the relevant Facebook Page. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If the law permits an extension, we explain the reason.
6. Contact
Questions about Facebook Messenger data and request status can be sent to GESEL.IO sp. z o.o. at info@meetlead.eu. See the Meetlead Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more information.
